Booking Policy
Before booking your hair appointment, please take a moment to carefully review our Booking Policy.
This policy outlines important information regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and service expectations. Reviewing it ahead of time ensures a smooth experience for both you and your stylist.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the policy.

✦ Booking Policy
A valid card is required to secure all appointments. New clients and specialty services may require a consultation prior to booking.
✦ Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours, missed appointments, or late arrivals resulting in significant lost service time will be charged 100% of the booked service cost.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in adjustments to your service to respect scheduled appointment times. Full service fees may still apply.
✦ Colour & Blonding Policy
Colour services are customized and results may vary depending on hair history, integrity, and maintenance. Consultation is recommended for new colour, blonding, vivid, or corrective services.
✦ Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required for new clients, specialty colour services, blonding, extensions, and bridal bookings.
Deposits are applied toward the final service total and are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred when rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice.
Failure to provide required notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
✦ Adjustment Policy
If you have any concerns with your service, please contact me within 7 days so adjustments can be discussed.
Adjustments do not include changes in style preference or services different from the original consultation.
✦ Guests & Children
To maintain a calm, safe environment, appointments are reserved for scheduled clients only unless previously arranged.
✦ Extension Hair & Liability Policy
Extension hair is not manufactured by the stylist. While professional brands are recommended and used when possible, longevity, performance, and wear cannot be guaranteed.
If extension hair is client-provided, the stylist is not responsible for quality, colour variation, shedding, tangling, or lifespan.
When hair is purchased on behalf of a client, payment is required prior to ordering, and all extension hair purchases are final sale.
Proper at-home care, maintenance timing, and product use directly impact extension longevity.
Additional Extension Safety Clause
Extensions are applied using professional techniques; however, results and retention depend on hair integrity, lifestyle, maintenance, and adherence to aftercare guidance.
The stylist is not responsible for damage resulting from improper maintenance, delayed move-ups, or third-party alterations.
Extension services require proper at-home care and maintenance appointments. Removal, maintenance, and colour services are booked separately unless specified.
Excessive matting, product buildup, or delayed maintenance may require additional time and fees.
